Can personal trainers invite clients for free?

The short answer

A client can join a Prime Adapt coaching space without Prime. The trainer's coaching space and the ability to create its join code or referral link require the trainer's Prime entitlement, so this is not a promise of free trainer hosting.

How the invitation flow works

• The trainer creates a coaching space after signing in.
• The trainer can create a join code or a referral link for a client.
• The client signs in, confirms coaching consent and joins the space.
• The client chooses the coaching categories they want to share.
• The client can revoke shared categories later.

What the client can use

Joining as a client is available without Prime. The client can participate in the coaching relationship and share only the information they choose, subject to the current app flow and consent wording.

Before inviting anyone

Check the current plan and entitlement shown in the app. Agree what the client actually wants to share, and do not treat a coaching log as a diagnosis or a substitute for qualified professional care.
