Prime Adapt guide
What should I take to a GP appointment about training or bloodwork?
A focused GP appointment checklist: bring the report, timeline, symptoms and questions without assuming the app can interpret the result for you.
Short answer
Bring the original report, a short date-ordered summary of relevant changes and the questions you want answered. A focused snapshot is easier to discuss than an unfiltered lifetime history.
Bring the original source
Keep the report or portal result available, including units, collection date and reference ranges. A self-recorded summary should not replace the source document.
Choose a useful window
Select the dates and training, nutrition, wellbeing or treatment-context entries that relate to the question. You do not need to share every unrelated record.
Write the questions down
Ask what the result means in your context, whether timing matters, what follow-up is needed and which symptoms should prompt an earlier call. The clinician makes the medical decision.
