Keep everything you logged in MacroFactor. Importing into Prime Adapt is free, the file is read on your phone or computer, and nothing you already logged is changed.
1. Export from MacroFactor
- Open MacroFactor and open More or Settings.
- Choose Export Data and select the date range you want to keep.
- Save the CSV export, then check the preview before importing it into Prime Adapt.
2. Import into Prime Adapt
- Create a free Prime Adapt account (or sign in).
- Go to Me, then Import/Export.
- Under "Switching from another app?", choose the file and check the summary before importing.
What comes across
- Daily calorie and macro totals
- Body-weight entries with their dates
- Meal notes where the export includes them
Brand-specific coaching labels and private app settings are not imported; your actual dated numbers remain yours. Importing the same file twice adds nothing.
