Switching from MyFitnessPal? Bring your history.
Keep everything you logged in MyFitnessPal. Importing into Prime Adapt is free, the file is read on your phone or computer, and nothing you already logged is changed.
1. Export from MyFitnessPal
- Sign in to MyFitnessPal on the web and open Settings.
- Choose Export Data, where your plan allows it.
- Use the Nutrition Summary CSV from the download.
2. Import into Prime Adapt
- Create a free Prime Adapt account (or sign in).
- Go to Me, then Import/Export.
- Under "Switching from another app?", choose the file and check the summary before importing.
What comes across
- Each day's meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
- Calories, protein, carbs and fat
- Fibre, sugar, sodium and potassium where recorded
MyFitnessPal's export holds meal totals rather than individual foods, so each meal arrives as one entry. Importing the same file twice adds nothing.
Logging, charts and export stay free. Prime adds AI insights, health-data imports and training plans. 18+.
